Fitness was a concern for only sports person, infact it is even now, the term fitness carried an image of an athelete , someone who worked out 3-4 hours on the ground, swetting like anything. Well we can find all this even today but what is unusuall is the fitness concern among many of us, I mean the working class or you may call the non-sports class. People today are not only working out in gym, yoga classes but also taking a balanced diet, even my maid knows the term sprout. What does it shows ? The growing health awareness.

People today are becoming regular visitors of gym, yoga classes, joggers park, just to make sure that they loose out the extra calories in them. There are few tips that may help you to keep a good health ( I am not talking about toned body ). Getting a toned body and getting a good health are two different ball games. One who is fit may or may not have a toned body the same applies for the other.
- Avoid Oily foods.
- Walk at least 1000- 2000 steps daily, timing immaterial.
- Drink A glass of water kept in bronze container (at least for 3-5 hours) in morning.
- After workout do take citrus juice , acts as a good anti-oxidant .
- Avoid drinking chilled water or at least reduce it.
- Have a good intake of water daily (at least 5-6 liter).
- Take small meals with high frequency, avoid overeating.
- Devote at least 10-15 mins on meditation.
- keep away from smoke and regular drinking habit.

And the last but the most important of all is keep laughing, I don’t know how many of the readers know about the laughter theory , but laughing keeps away many heart diseases from you.Many might have seen old guns laughing in morning in a nearby park. You might have thought them as a bunch of mad guys, I guess now you won’t think like that.
Apart from these advantages a fit person feels energetic and does his/her work with full efficiency. A fit body is filled with confidence, charged up and lively
