It improves and make blood circulation proper making heart and lungs stronger giving a glow on your face and body. Physiologically your confidence builds up and you do the things with great enthusiasm. obviously all the time you are in good mood and handles situation  more easily than ever before.
  4. Makes cardiovascular system strong: Running makes heart and lungs stronger making less chances of heart attack.
  5. Effectively helps in loosing weight: If you have been trying to lose those few extra stubborn which you have been storing for a long time and doing nothing then running might become a boon for you. Change your schedule, include running in that and start running from today starting with few minutes and increasing to an hour.
  6. Improves Brain skills: Research shows that regular runners have more creativity and mental ability as they get older than the others. Regular running can also slow downs the ageing process and people look younger than their age.
  7. Improves Sexual life: Scientist at Harvard School of Public Health showed that men those are physically active like runners has 30% less chance of developing problem on bed and has better intercourse experiencing more potent love life. At least this point shows a big appeal to run and being healthy.

any kind of workout whether it’s cardio in gym or running outside,it does wonders to your entire body and mind,so try not to skip it…
