<p>Your thoughts have a lot to do with nutrition and your attitude to what you eat. You can see how your thoughtscan influence you with regard to nutrition, taste and health concerns.</p>
<p>Like repeating thoughts, whether consciously or not can make you believe them to be factual, whether true or false. If your mother told you that it’s unhealthy to drink water with your meal, that notion may remain with you to the rest of your life. I had also a such type of notion from my mom in childhood that never ever comment on your food whatever you are eating, having food is itself a God&#8217;s greatest bliss. So whenever I don&#8217;t like any dish, I just keep quite.</p>
<p>Whether true or false, the ‘wisdom’ of your teachers must constantly be challenged as new nutritional discoveries are made.</p>
<p><em>I thinks our thoughts also have some taste and they compare it to some taste which our mind  have already sensed.</em></p>
<p>How do you react when you hear a bad report on the news? The media may ‘warn’ that “everyone who does not get the ‘flu shot will be seriously ill and chances are blah, blah, blah,” Those are all spoken words!</p>
<p>You can choose not to entertain all the negative news coming your way! Instead, make a conscious choice to replace it with positive thoughts and words. You can direct your destiny with how you think and what you say!</p>
<p>The more open your mind is to trying new things that you know are good for your health, the more your attitude will change and your taste buds will follow!</p>
<p>Something about Dutches are said that whatever food a farmer is not familiar with, he does not like. In other words, if he’s never tried it, he has already condemned it in his mind by assuming he won’t like it and therefore won’t even try it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>A stress ful day at office yesterday, so thought of taking my regular <strong>SUTTA BREAK </strong>( Smoking Break), with each puff of the smoke a sign of tension free ambience was waving through my body, a complementary tea with a smoke is like heaven and some time is a good stress buster. That very moment I just  thought of one thing, the biggest invention in humanity is  <strong>SUTTA </strong>( CIGARETTE ). All the geeks work round the clock to bring something new to our life so that we can make our life more happy, easy and comfortable. Almost all the IT professionals work day &amp; night to develop software that helps our business, be it ATM machine code, or be an On-line banking, without the puff of smoke how many of these geeks would have constantly worked so long . For me the biggest invention which led to other inventions is, what every one hates  <strong>THE CIGARETTE</strong>.<span id="more-952"></span></p>
<p>With this piece of scrap I am not supporting the consumption of smoke, rather I want to justify a thought <strong>&#8221; Excess of any thing is dangerous&#8221; </strong>. Smoking kills , that&#8217;s true we take colloquial volume of smoke in our lungs that is not good for health, for the critics excess of sugar causes Diabetes, so we should stop its consumption also. A diabetic patient is much more difficult to handle compared to the one who has some <strong>bronchitis</strong> problem. Patient with sugar level of <strong>insulin</strong> have to think before they eat anything and if that&#8217;s sweet be it an Ice cream, god may help them if they miss out their <strong>insulin</strong> shot by a fraction of second. Sugar patient in hospitals cannot be given glucose drips without proper observation. On the contrary a bronchitis patient has no such issues with him, at the end of the day both are victims of health hazards so why to curse smoke and not sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Many people enjoy the deep fry cuisines, road side street hawkers selling the fried stuff, that too in some cheap oil, people enjoy them without fear of catching up the cholesterol problem, for smokers there are smoke that have good filters that pull out maximum <strong>tar</strong> content. Still we say smoking is injurious to health. Another major source of caffeine to our body apart from smoke is tea, coffee. Some addict drink near around 10- 12 cups of tea or coffee, then also taking same amount of caffeine that comes from 4-5 smoke.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Now coming to the advantages of  smoking, I guess they  are countless. First the <strong>corporate advantage</strong>, during my training I was told in one of the sessions that to make a quick and healthy contacts you need to visit these SUTTA BREAKOUT areas, see majority of the girls miss out this opportunity.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">With these SUTTA break you can make friends easily, this is tried and tested funda that I have seen and applied also and the most valuable part of smoking is, when you are free and getting bored you can easily kill around 15 -30 mins with one smoke and feel free.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I don&#8217;t say that smoking is good but for many reasons its not bad. its just like every coin has two faces, many focous on the evil side, I prefer the flip side. I throw this discussion on to you to decide is smoking is so bad, but before arriving to any conclusion just keep in mind &#8220;<strong>ELEMENT OF EVERY THING IS GOOD IN LIFE&#8221;.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>It takes hell lot of pane, when some one you love is pricked by a doctor or even a nurse. My family serving the cause of such people now for over a quarter of a century and I know what status a doctor enjoys. In India a doctor is the most respected person, may be next to god and some time at power with god. With the magic of medicine he can give a new hope to any one. Can wipe the tear of a crying mother, can lighten hope of life in a dead heart. Yes that&#8217;s why we call medical service is the best hospitality doctors can offer.</p>
<p>The gloomy part of the story is that there are some, who are predators in form of protectors. I dont say that some have turned cannibal, rather worse than that. With medical sciences touching new heights, so the cost of enjoying them and with hbig hospital adding the flavour of monetary gain, its the common man who pays the ultimate price. Its hard for us to understand the medical terms, so these hospital count on these sophisticated words and pour the money out of us.</p>
<p>A recent incident with one of my friend had such a bad experience. With little drenched he had fever, then late night shivering finally after a day he got admitted to a hospital ( <strong>SAGAR APOLLO HOSPITAL &#8211; BANGALORE</strong>) , few hours later we came to know that he has symptoms of <strong>MALARIA</strong>, two days he was tested negative for malarial, but then he was then given a new symptom of <strong>SWINE FLU</strong>. During all his stay he has been given around 30-40 shots of medicine, countless number of pills. Now the conclusion is that they have diagnosed him not properly so may be they will interrogate his body for another two or three days. During all these days they gone charge him for all the hospitality they have given to him.</p>
<p>We always talk about consumer forum, to claim if we have a some defected product, what about these hospitality services where have nothing tangible. Nothing to claim, and that too keeping the one of the most valuable thing on stake that is <strong>LIFE. </strong>With these highly  qualified doctors with tons of experience, its hard to say that they have no knowledge of medical sciences, guess then its all about fool the innocent patient and squeeze money out of him/her.</p>
<p>I know this piece of text won&#8217;t make any changes to any one, but atleast I feel satisfied of getting out my anger. Hope you do the same.

There are two terms that we encounter frequently Smokeaholic and Alcoholic. Both of these terms are life taking, but smokeaholic is considered to be more deadly. The study states that there are plethora reasons for some one to become smokeaholic. With development spreading like jungle fire so has the consumption of tobacco, the consumption shoot up from 4.7 million tonnes in 1971 to 7.8 million tonnes in 1997 ( source below ), however the stats reveal that growth is more pronounce in developing countries rather developed countries.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">In developed countries tobacco consumption declined by 0.2 percent annually while in developing countries it increased by 3.1 percent annually. making a net increase in consumption to approximately 2 percent. Aggregate consumption of tobacco has declined in developed countries in recent time and is recorded to be 0.2 percent per year, the reason seems to be growing awareness for health, also government imposes heavy taxes on these products making the net cost very high, asking it consumption to go down. On the contrary the developing countries show a large consumption for such tobacco products and is recorded at 5 percent per annum approximately. The primary reasons for such high consumption rate could me many but two are worth mentioning, first the low level of health awareness, secondly in developing countries government imposes a healthy tax so that it can generate revenue from it, keeping it too high would effect its consumption reducing revenue generation.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">There are mushroom number of other reasons why people become smokeaholic, it could be habit, psychological pressure etc etc. What ever be the reson is the concern is becoming an alcoholic is better than smokeaholics reason being an individual does not consume alcohol daily while on an average smokeaholics consume nearly 9-10 cigarettes per day.</p>

Well we can find all this even today but what is unusuall is the fitness concern among many of us, I mean the working class or you may call the non-sports class. People today are not only working out in gym, yoga classes but also taking a balanced diet, even my maid knows the term <strong>sprout</strong>. <p>People today are becoming regular visitors of gym, yoga classes, joggers park, just to make sure that they loose out the extra calories in them. There are few tips that may help you to keep a good health ( I am not talking about toned body ). Getting a toned body and getting a good health are two different ball games. One who is fit may or may not have a toned body the same applies for the other.</p>
<ol>
<li>Avoid Oily foods.</li>
<li>Walk at least 1000- 2000 steps daily, timing immaterial.</li>
<li>Drink A glass of water kept in bronze container (at least for 3-5 hours) in morning.</li>
<li>After workout do take citrus juice , acts as a good anti-oxidant .</li>
<li>Avoid drinking chilled water or at least reduce it.</li>
<li>Have a good intake of water daily (at least 5-6 liter).</li>
<li>Take small meals with high frequency, avoid overeating.</li>
<li>Devote at least 10-15 mins  on meditation.</li>
<li>keep away from smoke and regular drinking habit.</li>
</ol>

<p>And the last but the most important of all is keep l<strong>aughing</strong>, I don&#8217;t  know how many of the readers know about the <strong>laughter theory</strong> , but laughing keeps away many heart diseases from you.Many might have seen old guns laughing in morning in a nearby park. You might have thought them as a bunch of mad guys, I guess now you won&#8217;t think like that.</p>
<p>Apart from these advantages a fit person feels energetic and does his/her work with full efficiency. A fit body is filled with confidence, charged up and lively</p>
